Evelyn Dunn is fulfilling a lifelong desire to perform a cappella music with Noted Vocals. She completed her degree in music education from the University of Maryland and began a (ahem!) lengthy career as a vocal soloist with the The U.S. Air Force Singing Sergeants and The U.S. Army Chorale in Washington DC; and as a professional vocalist with Washington DC’s major music agencies, specializing in pop, classical, jazz, and cabaret. Her fondest career highlight was singing with the National Symphony Orchestra in nationally televised concerts both in ensembles and as a soloist. Included in her audiences have been international heads of state, and five of our country’s presidents: Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush (Sr.), and Clinton. She has been a member of the Dallas Symphony Chorus since 2009 and currently lives in Denton, TX with her husband.
